CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TEAM

Description

Continuous Improvement Teams (CITs) are partnership-based improvement teams that bring together frontline staff such as clerks, nurses, physicians, and supervisors to improve day-to-day operations in the workplace.  CITs are based on the concept that workers and supervisors can have a dramatic impact on quality of care and services when working together to identify problems, develop solutions, and equally empowered to implement changes.
